Why do tag less shirts have tags on the left seam on the inside of the shirt?

I put on a tag less shirt just to be bothered by a tag on the left side of the shirt. What is the point of calling it a tag less shirt?

Reply:The companies have to advertise somewhere!
Reply:The shirt companies have to provide you with washing instructions, there for they put tags on the side. They are easy to remove and are only there to help! :)
