How do thieves remove magnetic security tags?
the only way i would say is possible,is that somehow they%26#039;ve managed to get hold of a tool that removes them.i bought a hat for my son a few weeks back, but the assistant had left a magnetic security tag on it,there was no way i could get it off,i had to take it back and ask them to remove it.
Reply:they can use wire cutters and snip the metal pin, a strong magnet to move the metal bearings, 2 sets of plyers, burning the smaller end of the plastic, or rubber bands between the clothing and the plastic(it creates enough pressure to pop it off), or various other ways.... Report It
