I%26#039;m interested in buying a car in florida BUT... they just switched their tags over to florida and don%26#039;t have the florida title in hand because they had to send away for it... is the bill of sale and insurance enough? what are my options? what should I do?
Should i buy a car in florida that doesnt have the tags yet? what are the laws? rules?
Do NOT buy that car unless the seller is prepared to turn over the title!!!!!
