I just bough a car this week and I was given a temporary tag. Can I drive the car outside of TX using those tags?
Can I use temporary TX tags outside of TX?
As long as the car is legally registered, temp or not, in any state, you can drive it in other states. Each state has their own laws about how long you can be in the state before you have to re-register it to that state.
