There are all kinds of conditions for which they can be issued handicapped tags and some of those conditions should have absolutely no effect on their ability to handle an automobile; but it never fails -- if the car has a handicap tag, the driver drives like a little old lady going to church on Sunday.
Why do people with handicapped tags drive like their CAR is handicapped?
i would rather them drive like that then drive like every other idiot that owns a high horsepower grocery getter...
Reply:well you just answer your own ?, first that have a dis ability, they drive at the speed they know they can handly,,,an so may be haveing trouble with the car
