What is the most natural way for dog tags to lay?

If they are not on your body what would be the way they woud lay on the counter or the dresser etc... thank you all so much for your help it means alot to me....

But for a tattoo I would space the necklace part out so it wouldn't overlap so much.
Reply:Just throw them in the general direction of where you want them and I'd say that was about the right place. That's what my husband does with his every night...most of the time they make it on the dresser though occasionally we have to move the furniture to get them..lol

I still wear mine out of RESPECT for those that can't after 40 years. Mine were taped together for years so that they didn't "clank" in the night; just superstition I guess. HAH, I put the tape back on after it fell off, but there are still two there.
