Do more tags make your video go further down on searching lists?

If you have, for instance tags: YouTube You Tube


and another movie with YouTube y o u t b e You Tube Utube





And you search for YouTube, will video #1 come first, or is it random?

I think the tags won't make it go down but if you put up tags that are random and don't relate to the video then yes. If the search is in the title, description, and tags, it will be first. If the search is in the description, and only 1 more, it will be towards the middle. And if the search is in the tags but not the others it will be last. Remember I think that is how it goes ^_^
