Is there a medcian thats is out there and you can by over the counter for skin tags?
I haven't heard of anything to get rid of them. I had a couple of them, and my doctor just snipped them off with a scalpel, and put a dot of something on them to prevent infection. He said that I could do this at home if I wanted to. Your doctor may or may not want you doing that, of course.
Reply:Go see your Dr.
Reply:I have never heard of an over the country drug for this. You should see a doctor. good luck
Reply:The doc can freeze it off or numb and cut each one only takes about 5 minutes prep and follow through

hope i helped
Reply:Try wart remover. My father had one on the back of his neck and it worked great.
Reply:Some people use wart remover. The kind that freezes your skin. It comes in a can. You can also just go to a dermatologist and have them remove it. They do it all the time.
Reply:Unfortunately there is no option but to get it removed (cut off) by a professional. Skin tags are an unhardful tumor or growth caused by friction (usually occur in the groin area, neck, underarms, etc.) After they are removed they will not grow back, although beware.. the initial skin tag is capable of spawning in conditions that remain the same (constant friction).
Reply:Cutting off is the answer. An old folk remedy is castor oil applied locally. But that's messy and uncertain. Another is tying a thread around it and letting it fall off like an umbilical. I prefer a sterile pair of fingernail clippers. Fast and easy, with minimal blood if you do it carefully. It only hurts like a hard pinch.
Reply:Go to a dermatologist and he/she can remove it for you. Don't take it off yourself because you can get an infection, there are no over the counter meds that will remove them.
